Our group fitness training sessions are the perfect way for people like you to stay in shape no matter your level of skill, fitness, or experience.
There is something to be said about the power of working out in a group — but what is it about exercising with others that motivates us?
Group fitness or group training may not be a new concept but it’s certainly one of the more popular ways of training in the Macarthur and Campbelltown areas.
At Picks PT we have found a way to not only increase your fitness but to create an environment of high energy workouts to help you stay motivated and focussed, week in and week out.
We have 2 styles of Group training fitness Classes.
- Group fitness training 4-8 participants with a maximum of 18 per group
- Focused group sessions for groups of 4-8 participants with a maximum of 18 per group for sporting teams and clubs.
What's the difference between our group fitness and focus group training sessions?
Group fitness
4-8 participants in each group (up to 18 participants maximum)
High intensity interval training
Strength training
Cardio and toning workouts
Body weight exercises

Focus Group Training
4-8 PARTICIPANTS IN EACH GROUP (UP TO 18 PARTICIPANTS MAXIMUM)
Sports specific training for:
- Individual player position
- NRL – forwards and backs
- Soccer – forwards, mids and backs
- Netball – Centre, Wings, Goals
- Basketball – guards, forwards, centre
- Teams / Clubs
Working together with your health fitness coaches and personal trainers, can not only improve your health and fitness but also your mental health by creating high intensity workouts within a fun and competitive environment.
Additionally, spending time with like-minded people, with a focus on goal setting and self-improvement, helps to improve motivation.
Therefore, you will see that working out is not a chore but a new way of life.
All our trainers and coaches are certified in their field and are motivated by helping you achieve your goals and strive for success.

Our group training sessions are held in open air venues in Bradbury, Mount Annan and Glenfield in NSW.
Our personal training groups sessions are held in and around the Macarthur and Campbelltown areas, including Camden, Oran park Mount Annan, Gregory hills and Harrington park just to name a few.
